Please note that if you complete and submit this booking form, it sadly does not guarantee you a space at our events. Being able to provide a wide range of traders on the day is something that is really important to us. To make sure we get that wide spread of stalls every application will be reviewed by a member of our team. When we are considering applications we try our best to prioritise 100% vegan businesses and local businesses.
All products and information available at the event must be 100% vegan – no animal products are permitted, and there must be no promotion of the use of animals in any marketing material to be exhibited at the show.
Please ensure you are fully insured and in possession of all your legal documents before booking. You will need to forward proof of insurance, risk assessment and Food Hygiene certificates (if needed) in advance of the event. Failure to do so could lead to your pitch being cancelled.
Until payment for your stall space has been made your booking is not confirmed. An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation and payment must be made within 21 working days.

Once payment has been taken you are subject to cancellation fees should you wish to cancel.
